What data we keep
Please refer to our Privacy policy for detailed information about the kinds of personal data we collect, store, disclose, and how we use it.
How to delete your data
We currently have no in-app mechanism to delete your account. Until we build that functionality, please send a support request to support@rollvault.app to delete your personal data (and account).
You must send the support email from the same address that is tied to your account. This is to verify your identity so that we can ensure you are the owner of the account.
Example email:
- Subject: GDPR data deletion request
- Body: Hi, I would like my account and personal data permanently deleted from RoillVault. Thank you!
What data is deleted
The following data will be deleted when the request is processed:
- Account information - Your account will no longer exist and you will not be able to login. You will be removed from any campaigns you are a member of, and any campaigns you own will also be deleted.
- Content you create - All rolls, messages, campaigns, and characters you have created will be deleted. These will no longer be visible to other users in the campaigns you were a member of.
- Payment information - Any re-occurring billing information will be deleted. Receipts and invoices for previously processed payments will be retained as they are required for financial reporting purposes.
How long information is retained
Once a deletion request is processed, all personal data is deleted immediately.
